These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of JuliaBalaz.com, GalacticAstroChart.com and related courses, memberships, communities, software, reports, events and digital services operated by Galactic Astrology LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By purchasing, registering for or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any course-specific or service-specific guidelines presented to you.

If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the applicable services.

1. Who These Terms Apply To 

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, students, members, subscribers, practitioners and purchasers who access or use:

• GalacticAstroChart.com.
• Kajabi course and community environments.
• Online courses and practitioner programs.
• Memberships and subscriptions.
• Digital products and downloads.
• Galactic Astrology charts and reports.
• Webinars, events and recordings.
• Practitioner directories and resources.
• Other platforms clearly identified as operated by Galactic Astrology LLC.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You will use the services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
• You will follow any additional guidelines clearly presented within a particular course, community, membership or software plan.

2. Educational and Spiritual Purpose 

Our services are provided for educational, self-reflective, spiritual and personal-development purposes.

Galactic Astrology, astrology, soul guidance, ancestral exploration, womb healing, consciousness exploration and related teachings are symbolic, intuitive, interpretive and spiritually oriented.

Nothing within our services constitutes:

• Medical or psychiatric advice.
• Psychological diagnosis or treatment.
• Legal advice.
• Financial or investment advice.
• A guarantee of personal, spiritual, emotional, relational, professional or financial results.

Use of our services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary or other licensed professional relationship.

You remain responsible for your own interpretations, decisions, actions, wellbeing and outcomes. Please seek appropriately qualified professional support when required.

Testimonials, examples, practitioner experiences and case studies describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another person will experience the same results.

3. User Accounts and Access 

Some services require registration and a personal account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• All activity conducted through your account.
• Providing accurate and current information.
• Informing us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Course, membership and software access is licensed to the registered user only. You may not share, sell, transfer or make your account available to another person.

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe that an account:

• Has been shared or compromised.
• Is being used fraudulently.
• Is being used to access or extract content without permission.
• Is violating these Terms or applicable community guidelines.
• Is creating a risk to our systems, users, communities or intellectual property.

4. Acceptable Use 

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or the rights of another person.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Copy, scrape, harvest or extract content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our software or systems.
• Upload malicious code or disrupt the operation of our services.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications or affiliation.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse another user.
• Post misleading, unlawful or harmful content.
• Use community spaces for unauthorised advertising, recruitment or data collection.
• Reproduce or redistribute protected educational or digital content.
• Use automated systems to access, collect or repurpose our content except where expressly authorised.

We may remove user-submitted content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our platforms, communities, users or rights.

5. Intellectual Property 

Except for clearly identified third-party materials, original content, features and functionality made available through our services are owned by or licensed to Julia Balaz and/or Galactic Astrology LLC.

This includes, where applicable:

• Written content and interpretations.
• Course lessons and structures.
• Videos, audio recordings and transcripts.
• Research, classifications and compilations.
• Graphics, illustrations and photographs.
• Charts, reports and report designs.
• Software code and interfaces.
• Databases and original arrangements of information.
• Downloads, templates and practitioner materials.
• Logos and other brand elements.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, contract, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws.

Our business names, course names, logos and other brand identifiers may function as trademarks or service marks, whether or not federally registered. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use them in a way that suggests certification, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the relevant services according to their purchase, enrolment, certification or subscription level.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any course, report, software, methodology or other protected material.

Unless expressly authorised, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish or distribute protected materials.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit them.
• Closely paraphrase or reconstruct substantial protected content.
• Teach or publish our structured course methodologies.
• Remove ownership, copyright or attribution notices.
• Create derivative educational, commercial or digital products from them.
• Use them in AI, software or automated systems except as permitted under Section 6.

Limited excerpts, approved images and publicly shareable resources may be shared where we expressly allow it, provided that the content is presented accurately and appropriate credit and a functional link to JuliaBalaz.com or GalacticAstroChart.com are included.

Attribution does not grant permission for a use that is otherwise restricted.

6. Artificial Intelligence, Software and Automated Use 

For this section, “Protected Materials” means Company-owned or Company-controlled lessons, videos, audio recordings, transcripts, interpretations, research, case studies, frameworks, classifications, diagrams, exercises, downloads, reports, chart content, software, practitioner materials and other original educational or digital content.

Unless you have received prior written permission, you may not copy, scrape, upload, enter, supply or otherwise use Protected Materials within any artificial-intelligence system, software, application, database, automated platform or digital tool for the purpose of:

• Training, fine-tuning, testing or evaluating an AI model.
• Creating a knowledge base, dataset, embedding, retrieval system or interpretation database.
• Prompting AI to summarise, rewrite, paraphrase, analyse or reproduce Protected Materials.
• Generating derivative interpretations, readings, reports or educational content.
• Developing an AI assistant, chatbot, custom GPT, application, chart-reading system or report generator.
• Creating courses, books, memberships, workbooks, card decks or other free or commercial products.
• Reproducing, teaching, automating or commercially adapting our content or structured methodologies.

This restriction applies to Protected Materials made available publicly as well as through paid courses, memberships, practitioner programs and software plans, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

You may use AI for general administrative, editorial or creative support using material you created independently, provided that you do not supply the system with Protected Materials, confidential community content or another person’s information without appropriate permission.

Giving credit, linking to our websites or stating that a product was inspired by our teachings does not authorise a restricted use.

Any exception must be agreed in writing and applies only to the specific use described in that permission.

Violation of this section may constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in restriction or termination of access to our services and pursuit of other remedies available under applicable law.

7. Courses and Educational Materials 

Course access is licensed to the enrolled student only.

Students may take personal notes and apply their learning within the scope expressly permitted by the relevant course. They may not:

• Share their login or give another person access.
• Distribute lessons, recordings, downloads or transcripts.
• Upload course materials into AI or software.
• Republish, teach or commercially adapt course content.
• Represent course participation as certification where no certification has been awarded.
• Use course materials outside the professional scope described within the relevant program.

Different courses provide different permissions. Some are intended for personal exploration, while others allow original professional integration. The specific guidelines provided within each course form part of the conditions governing its use.

If course-specific guidelines supplement these Terms, both apply. If a direct conflict arises, these Terms take priority unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

8. Practitioner Programs and Certification 

Participation in a practitioner program does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or licensing-board recognition.

Practitioners remain responsible for:

• Their independent businesses.
• Their professional conduct.
• Their client communications and agreements.
• Taxes and insurance.
• Legal and regulatory compliance.
• Any local qualification or licensing requirements.
• Working within the limits of their competence.

Practitioner certification permits the certified individual to personally practise the applicable modality within the scope of their training.

Certification does not transfer ownership of course materials or grant permission to reproduce, teach, publish, automate or commercially adapt the training or structured methodology.

Certification does not authorise practitioners to:

• Present themselves as employees, partners or legal representatives of the Company.
• Teach or certify others in the modality unless separately authorised.
• Use Company names, logos or materials in a way that implies broader endorsement.
• Create AI, software or automated systems from the course materials.
• Claim that their independent products or services have been reviewed or approved by us unless written approval has been given.

Practitioners must comply with the applicable professional guidelines and Code of Ethics.

Where reasonably justified by a material breach of these Terms, professional guidelines or ethical standards, we may:

• Decline or postpone certification.
• Remove or suspend a practitioner listing.
• Restrict access to practitioner-only community spaces.
• Investigate a reported concern.
• Suspend or withdraw certification or permissions associated with the program.

Where appropriate, the practitioner will be informed of the concern and given a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is required to protect clients, community members or the Company.

9. Galactic Astro Chart Software and Reports 

Access to Galactic Astro Chart is governed by the features and permissions associated with the user’s selected plan.

Users may generate charts and reports for personal, educational or permitted professional use according to their plan.

Where a professional plan expressly permits client work, the subscriber may provide a generated report concerning that client to the client as part of the subscriber’s own professional service.

This permission does not allow users to:

• Extract or redistribute the underlying interpretation database.
• Copy or sell the software, calculations, source code or backend systems.
• Bulk-generate reports for resale outside the permitted professional service.
• Create a competing report generator, database or software platform from the service.
• Represent Galactic Astro Chart technology as their own.
• Remove required copyright, ownership or attribution notices.
• Use reports or software output to train or develop AI or automated interpretation systems.
• Exceed the permitted features or usage limits of their plan.

Software calculations and interpretations are provided as educational and professional reference tools. Users remain responsible for reviewing their outputs and for all interpretations, advice and services they provide to clients.

10. Memberships, Subscriptions and Digital Products 

We may offer courses, memberships, subscriptions, practitioner programs, webinars, digital downloads, reports and other products.

Features, content, availability and pricing may change over time. Changes will not remove rights already purchased where doing so would violate an express agreement or applicable law.

Recurring memberships and subscriptions continue until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to collect recurring charges at the disclosed interval.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

• Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
• Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• Partial billing periods are not refunded.
• Failure to use a subscription does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Specific product descriptions, access periods and renewal terms will be provided on the relevant sales or checkout page.

11. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds 

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi or another authorised payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the charges described at checkout.

Refund eligibility depends upon the particular product and the policy disclosed on its sales page, checkout page or course home page.

Unless otherwise stated, refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period are not eligible.

Where a course-specific policy conditions refunds upon the proportion of digital content accessed, consumed or downloaded, that condition will be disclosed in connection with the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law. Where legally required, we will request express consent before providing immediate access to digital content and obtain any acknowledgement required concerning cancellation or withdrawal rights.

We may refuse refund requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund patterns or misuse of digital materials, subject to applicable law.

12. User Content and Community Participation 

Users may submit comments, questions, testimonials, research observations and other content through our communities and services.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and reproduce it only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and provide the relevant service.

We will not use private community posts or personal stories in public marketing without additional permission, except where the content has already been intentionally submitted for public use, such as an approved public testimonial.

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to submit the content.
• It does not violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• It is lawful, respectful and relevant to the community.
• You have obtained informed permission before sharing identifiable client information.

You may not copy or share another member’s private post, personal story or information outside the community without their permission.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, creates a safety concern or seriously disrupts the intended purpose of the community.

13. Client and Personal Information 

Users and practitioners are responsible for protecting personal and confidential information entrusted to them.

You may not upload or disclose another person’s birth data, chart, private history, session transcript, health information or identifying details to an external AI platform or other third party without an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, informed permission.

Practitioners remain independently responsible for the privacy notices, consent procedures, data-security practices and legal obligations applicable to their own businesses.

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services and Materials 

Our services may include links to or integrations with third parties, including:

• Kajabi.
• Stripe and PayPal.
• YouTube and Vimeo.
• Podcast and social media platforms.
• Practitioner websites.
• External educational resources.
• Analytics and technology providers.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for reference or convenience.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability, products or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties 

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Although we aim to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Continuous availability.
• Perfect software performance.
• Accuracy of every calculation, interpretation or report.
• Compatibility with every device, platform or browser.
• That every feature will remain unchanged.
• Specific personal, professional or business results.

Astrology and spiritual interpretation involve symbolic, intuitive and subjective systems. Interpretations and experiences may vary.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galactic Astrology LLC and Julia Balaz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the services, including:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities.
• Loss of data.
• Service interruptions.
• Decisions made using educational or interpretive content.
• Emotional responses to spiritual or astrological interpretations.
• Conduct or services provided independently by practitioners or third parties.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from the relevant product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification 

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galactic Astrology LLC, Julia Balaz and their employees, contractors and representatives from third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the services.
• Your material violation of these Terms.
• Content you submit.
• Your infringement of another person’s rights.
• Your independent professional or business activities.

This section does not apply to the extent that a claim resulted from our own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach, or where indemnification cannot legally be required from a consumer.

18. Suspension and Termination 

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any active subscription or payment obligations.

We may restrict or terminate access where:

• These Terms are materially violated.
• Course or account access is shared.
• Intellectual property is misused.
• Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
• Community or client safety is at risk.
• Our platforms or systems are intentionally disrupted.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, confidential information or system security.

Upon termination, the right to access the affected service ends. Terms concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, liability, dispute resolution and other provisions that logically need to survive will remain in effect.

Termination does not authorise continued possession, use or distribution of downloaded materials beyond the licence originally granted.

19. Copyright Concerns 

If you believe that material available through our platforms infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification and location of the material in question.
• Your name and contact information.
• An explanation of your ownership or authority to act for the owner.
• A good-faith statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorised.
• Any additional information reasonably required to assess the request.

20. Governing Law and Disputes 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictional laws, disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought before the appropriate state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or legal protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the Parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the dispute through written communication in good faith.

21. Changes to Services 

We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features, content or services.

Where a material change affects a paid subscription or continuing service, we will provide notice where reasonably practical and comply with any rights required by applicable law.

We are not liable for changes required because of legal obligations, security concerns, third-party platform changes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

22. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms when our services, technology, policies or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where a change materially affects existing purchasers, students, members or subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice and request affirmative acceptance where required or appropriate.

Continued use after properly notified changes take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Electronic Communications 

By registering or purchasing, you agree that we may send transactional communications relating to:

• Your account.
• Purchases and payments.
• Access and security.
• Changes to services or Terms.
• Course and community administration.
• Certification or practitioner matters.

Marketing communications are governed by your communication preferences and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails without affecting essential transactional communications.

24. Severability and No Waiver 

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

25. Entire Agreement 

These Terms, together with the applicable sales page, checkout terms, Privacy Policy and clearly identified course or service guidelines, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant services.

They replace prior understandings concerning the same subject matter but do not remove rights already granted in writing unless expressly agreed.
