This was created to help with letting go of the old energies & limiting programming & open you up to the amazing new energies & Higher Consciousness that are available to us now. The more we empty and clear the body & mind from the old energies, the better we can receive & hold incoming light vibrations & experience positive changes in all areas of life. If you are not ready to let go of everything that no longer serves you, do not listen to avoid irritation. However, if you strongly resonate with it & feel uplifted after listening, keep listening daily until you feel you no longer need to. Let your intuition guide you.

The first half is focused on your strong connection with divine healing light energy and the second half on current global situation healing and positive future timelines visualizations/affirmations.

Don't worry if you can't visualize very well, your intention is the main driving force here, but I added images to the second half of the recording to help you connect to the affirmations mentally and with your heart too. The more you can feel your intention/desire for the global healing the better. The more of us, the better. You can choose any similar meditations available on YouTube, or follow your own inner guidance. Ideally, we all choose to dedicate at least 15-20 minutes everyday to send love and positive intentions to our global well being. We are becoming more and more connected and united than ever before. On a day of the New Moon and a partial Solar Eclipse, I felt inspired to create a powerful guided meditation that will assist with the ascension that is well underway. I invited Mary Magdalene to guide me as I recorded this gift for you. I hope you will enjoy the journey as much as we did.

You will be taken across a dessert, into a beautiful cave filled with crystals and rejuvenating waters, you will connect with ancient beings of light and receive downloads of energy & ascension codes from a Lemurian crystal hidden deep within the Earth for eons.

May this experience assist your body to continuously raise your frequency higher and higher. In alignment with the Divine plan. I suggest listening perhaps once a week, or whenever you need a pick-me-up meditation. Drink plenty of water after the experience and the days to follow.

I was gifted this inner journey experience by Spirit the day before my last group event. I then took my group through this inner journey and they had powerful consciousness expansion too. I promised to record it for you so here it is.

For me, the being of light that was in the cave was Jesus and Mary Magdalene as his female aspect. Intentionally, I didn't use his name in this guided inner journey so that you can choose your own deity, ascended master, God, whomever you resonate with the most.
